The above day excursions are subject to availability at the time of booking and are subject to a minimum of two passengers. All leisure excursions will depart from Cape Town International Convention Centre, unless otherwise specified. Please report to your departure point not less than 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled departure time.

Important Tour Information

All tours are subject to minimum numbers being reached and are subject to cancellation fees. If minimum numbers are not achieved you will be offered an alternative tour, equal in value or you will be refunded in full.

Basic Tour Conditions for individual bookings – A separate policy applies to groups of 10 or more and is available on request.

A 20% deposit is required within 14 days to confirm the booking and the full and or final payment must reach Turners Conferences before 9 March 2016. Full payment is due immediately for bookings made after 9 March 2016.

Cancellation Fees: Refunds will be considered for written cancellations received prior to 9 March 2016. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 9 March 2016.

An amendment fee of R228.00 applies to all confirmed reservations. The above conditions apply unless otherwise specified in writing.
