Pre-registration for this special rate is valid until 28 April 2016. After this date only standard registration will be accepted. It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees are strictly followed. Every participant, including invited speakers, delegates and accompanying persons, must register to attend the Congress.
Please note that this form and registration fee applies only to the IRPA14 Congress and you must register separately with ICNIRP for the workshop.
If you do not register for both events, the special registration fee will not apply and you will be asked to pay the organisers the difference before attending the Congress.
Payment
Registration fees are to be paid in South African Rands (ZAR), and should be paid according to the procedure described on the registration form. Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Diners Card or by bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in terms of Turners standard conditions of trading. They are published on the Turners Conferences website & available on application.
Cancellation of Registration and Refund Policy
The Congress Secretariat must be notified of any cancellations in writing, on or before 31 March 2016. All approved refunds will be subject to an administration fee of ZAR1200.00 and will only be issued after the Congress.
