Poster Presentation Guidelines

The recommended, and maximum, size for your poster is A0 = 841mm (w) x 1090 mm (h). If desired, we can print the poster for you at a favourable rate so that it is ready for you to pick up on arrival at the Cape Town International Congress Centre. If you wish to avail yourself of this service, please e-mail your poster to as a PDF file, saved with the print size set to A0, no later than 01st April 2016. The cost will be ZAR273.60 incl. 14% VAT and can be paid by credit card (you will receive instructions in response to your e-mail with the poster PDF file). Alternatively, you can of course print your poster yourself and bring it to Cape Town.

Your poster must include your name, the names of your co-authors, your affiliation(s), and the full title of the presentation. We strongly recommend that you include a photo of yourself and your e-mail address.

A few words of advice:

• Don't put too much information onto your poster;
• Don't include too much detail;
• Don't use too small letters.
